Artists/exhibitors are selected on the basis of Laredo Main Street's standard of quality, originality and creativity, and production methodology as interpreted by the Artisan Bazaar committee.

Application Process

Once application is received, it will be submitted to a committee who will approve/deny applications.

Once approved/denied you will be contacted with results and more event information (if applicable).

Vendor fee is not accepted until committee has reviewed application.

Rules & Regulations

-Streets of Laredo Artisan Bazaar is open only to individuals artists/exhibitors directly involved with the design and creation of the work they exhibit. No mass production work allowed.

-Artists must be present during the event and must personally staff their own booth.

-All vendors are required to submit a copy of a valid Sales Tax Permit along with application.

-Artists may only exhibit and sell work in the media category for which they are accepted.

-We reserve the right to reject any artist's displayed items not in keeping with the images submitted.

-Streets of Laredo Artisan Bazaar retains the right to prevent an artist from exhibiting for conduct deemed, in the organization sole discretion, unacceptable and/or detrimental to the mission and reputation of Laredo Main Street and the Streets of Laredo Artisan Bazaar.


Booth Information

-The Bazaar offers a 10x10 ft. booth space.

-Electricity is available at the event. Vendor must provide their own extension cords.

-Event will be in the evening, each vendor must provide their own lighting/lamps to showcase their booth. There is limited lighting that the San Agustin Plaza has.

-Preferences for booth location will be considered in the order of receipt of contract and booth fee.

-Artists exhibitors must provide their own tent and booth structure, which must be of sound design and not to exceed the space allocated.

-Exhibitors must contain their display and artwork within the dimensions of the booth space rented. Behind the booth storage is not guaranteed.

-Set-up time will begin at June 03, 2016 at 3:00pm to 4:30pm. All vehicles must be off the Bazaar grounds and removed from loading zones by 4:30pm.

-Artists who are late will forfeit their booth space and may be moved to another area of the Bazaar. Late attendance may result in not being invited back to future Laredo Main Street events including the Streets of Laredo Artisan Bazaar.

-No Shows will result in non-participation in any and all Laredo Main Street events including the Streets of Laredo Artisan Bazaar.
